Qualifications:
A
candidate for this position should be a high energy individual
with a minimum of five years' experience in sales and/or
marketing with expertise in the traditional two-step wholesaler
distribution channel. Familiarity with the DIY "Big Box"
channel a plus. Must demonstrate hands-on experience with
sales promotion, analysis, and forecasting, developing,
and exploiting established brand equity. The successful
candidate must possess excellent communication, analytic,
and leadership skills.
Education:
Minimum
four year undergraduate degree; Marketing MBA a plus.
Travel:
Extensive
travel required.
