Donna Bristow, from Boston, Massachusetts, started out in the steel industry as an Inside Sales Rep for United States Steel, selling steel pipe, valves and fittings. After relocating to the New York area, she found a "proper fit" joining with the plumbing industry's premier chemical manufacturer.  Donna has 25 years experience providing world-class customer service and has been with Hercules since 1990. The art of good service really is as simple as treating others as you wish to be treated yourself. 

Rita Carbone-Lawson

Rita has over 20 years experience in the sales and marketing of high-quality plumbing, electrical, and HVAC products to wholesale and retail markets.  Before joining Hercules in May, 2010, Rita held various senior level management positions with GE, Henkel, Broan-Nutone, General Tools, and Dundas-Jafine. She has a BA and MBA from the University of Connecticut. Exceeding customers’ expectations is Rita’s #1 goal, and she is a strong supporter of Hercules’ founder Sam Wander’s belief in always taking care of our customers.
Rita is an active member and past president of the Ellington (CT) Women’s Club, currently chairing the Newsletter, Public Relations, and Fund-raising Committees. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, including husband Ed and collie/shepherd dog, Kandie.

John Domanico

John started his professional career as an engineer and later transitioned to computer technology. He joined Hercules in 1999 as the IS Manager and was instrumental in installing the company’s computer network system, which he continues to improve and upgrade. John graduated with a BS in Physics from Clarkson College and received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In his free time, John designs and builds stained glass art sculptures, and loves to play with his grandchildren.

Erastus Muchioki

Erastus joined Hercules in March 1986 as a Quality Control Chemist. Before that, he worked for Dixon Ticonderoga in Jersey City for five and half years as Control and Analytical Engineer. Erastus had worked as Quality Control Manager and Safety Director during most of his employment at Hercules until year 2001 when he relinquished QC duties and became Compliance and Safety Manager. He has B.Sc. in Ceramic Engineering from New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University, and an MSc in Management Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. For entertainment, he likes to watch sports, especially basketball and football (a Dallas Cowboys fan)!

Len came to Hercules in 1989 after spending more than a decade in financial management for various pharmaceutical firms. Although his forte is Finance, his greatest contribution to the success of Hercules has been reorganizing its customer service function into an industry benchmark. Len resided most of his life on Long Island where he was an avid boater and salt water fly fisherman. He presently lives in northern New Jersey and enjoys travel and all that New York City has to offer. Len received a degree from Hofstra University in Mathematics and Computer Science. He subsequently earned an MBA in Finance from Long Island University. Len has served on ASA action committees for E-Commerce initiatives and has been a presenter on EDI at ASA trade shows.

Carmen Santoro

Carmen came to Hercules in 1993 as a Warehouse Replenishment Assistant. After a year, he moved to the customer service department to become one of the charter members of the self-managed work team - the team responsible for developing the world-class customer service that Hercules is known for today. In 1996, he was promoted to Manager of Inventory Logistics, a position which he held until 2002, when he was named Distribution Manager. Carmen graduated from Rutgers in 1984 with a BS in Management. Carmen grew up in North Brunswick NJ and moved to Easton PA seven years ago.  He has two sons: Anthony, a freshman at Berklee School of Music in Boston and Stephen, who is finishing his junior year in high school.  Carmen loves to bowl and has a respectable average (in the “90s”). He also likes to go RV camping... no tents for Carmen! Carmen enjoys all sports especially the Yankees and Giants. And if you look real hard you might see him on the Sopranos.
